Super Visa - No Biometrics update - shall i raise a webform

Hi Folks, how are you doing?

need a suggestion, we submitted super visa application for my mother-in-law on november 25th 2023, received biometric instruction letter on november 26th 2023, completed biometrics at hyderabad india on november 29th 2023, however its not updated in IRCC webportal as biometrics completed, its showing only biometrics number with expiry date. we also completed upfront medicals and submitted e-medical report along with application itself, would it be better if i raise a webform and ask for status on biometrics and provide them the medical completed report or will it cause further delay in the process any idea please suggest. some of my friends got IRCC portal update on BioMetrics and Medical updates within 1 or 2 days.

Mine submitted on nov 20 still no medical update nor biometric.

I submitted application for my mother and father, mother’s biometrics got updated but father’s biometric status shows fingerprints needed but biometric number and dates are updated. I contacted vfs and they asked to raise webform so I did raise a webform today.

Biometrics Request Letter: January 12, 2024
Biometrics completed: January 16, 2024, and received receipt from VFS (Hyderabad).
Biometrics updated: NO. Biometrics section is blank.

Usually, Biometrics data is updated the same day instantly in the application. Any idea why it's not updated yet in the application? I even checked the Biometrics validity tool, it shows status as NA. Should I take any action like raising webform at the moment?
