We applied for parents supervisa (from India) on January 10th 2026 with upfront medical.
Mother's Biometrics Completed and reflected in System- January 14th 2026
Father's Biometrics Completed but still not reflecting in the System- System says "Biometrics In Progress"
Mother's Medical Passed- March 20th 2026
Father's Medical- In progress
I called IRCC recently for my father's application and found out that file is being processed by New Delhi Visa Office. I do not know if my mother's application is also processed in New Delhi.
One thing I just noticed when I was checking the IRCC tracker: In My father's application, I see the address mentioned is India's address (same as passport address). But in my mother's application, I see Canada's address (my home address). I do not remember now what I entered at the time of application for both. I may have made a mistake by not entering same address for both.
Could this be the reason for delay and files are being processed by 2 different offices?
And
Do I need to raise webform for my mother's address to change to Indian address so it matches with my father's address on file?
