I know that the IRCC is currently only processing urgent applications for the travel document but I did send a non-urgent application.
On the website it says "If you submitted an application for a refugee travel document or certificate of identity, we’ll process it when service returns to normal"
Does this mean they will keep my application and process it at a later date when they begin processing all applications? I just want to make sure they're not going to throw out or send back the application once they receive since I already paid the fee. Thank you!
