Pgwp refused for not submitting additional document in time

Hey everyone,
I just found out my PGWP application got refused because they said I didn’t submit the document requested on time. But the thing is—I actually uploaded my documents before the deadline and thought everything was good. Turns out I never hit the final “submit” button, so it was just sitting there uploaded but not submitted.

I’m kinda freaking out and not sure what my next steps should be. Has anyone been through this or know what I can do now? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You can try requesting reconsideration through a webform and attaching the documents that you didn't submit. It's ultimately up to IRCC if they consider the reconsideration or not.

Are you still within the time frame to apply for a PGWP after completing your studies? How many days do you have remaining?

No , I am already way past the date because it took so many months to process the application.
