Submitted inland PR application ( for spouse) - need help.

Hi guys,
Submitted PR application for my wife inside canada on 16th june 2023. And its been 53 days and haven't got AOR letter yet, they did not even view the application.
Any idea how much time do they take to open our application and send AOR letter?
