My inland spousal sponsorship application was submitted in May 2025. My open work permit was approved in November. The sponsor eligibility was approved, and I also received AIP/APR approval. My biometrics and medical exam were completed, and my background verification is currently in progress.

Yesterday, I received a letter from IRCC stating that my wife has withdrawn the application and that a decision will not be made on my permanent residence application under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.

I am confused about what to do next. Should I contact IRCC or speak to a lawyer?

Been pleading with her but she don’t want to listen and she has stop replying my texts

If your relationship has broken down then she is obliged to let IRCC know and withdraw your sponsorship. If you are only communicating by text (and that has stopped) she shouldn’t be sponsoring you nor would you qualify for sponsorship. You will either need to qualify for PR on your own or return home.
