I think family application take a long time, I Applied before 90 days and no update

despite that I'm having an initial study permit application from inside Canada but I feel my situation is pretty much close to the extension... I applied since 15-Mar-22 and still waiting meanwhile I know someone applied in May and got approved already.
Its a matter of luck if our application go to centers that handling Ukranian or not! maybe its like that
