I have plan to move calgary early next month, I am looking for some suggestion to buy winter clothes. Can you tell me some brands/stores where I can buy jacket / parka under budget of 500$.

Head to the outlet store,Crossiron mills , north of the airport
It’s getting late in the season , though probably a few cold snaps still to come , probably a few bargains to be had

Yes sport stores like Sportchek works, you can Even get some for under 300

There is places like MEC and SAIL. You can get a jacket for under $2O0 especially at the end of the season. If you have kids or have plans to do outdoor activities you may want to get matching snow pants if you get a ski jacket.
