Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

I sent my Documents to WES before 3 weeks.

I Went to Board (in my case SSC & HSSC from Same Board) and told them to send the Documents to WES Canada for verification, they asked me to provide the WES filled (its better if you type) form for each Document + 2 Color Copies of each Document + Fee to be submitted in Bank. I submitted all these things. after 2 days guy from Board Office called me and asked me about courier Fee, I gave him the Fee and same day evening he sent me SMS Containing Tracking Number of courier.

You can request board office to give you Sealed envelope and then you can send it by yourself (must write From: Board of ........)

if you passed SSC & HSSC from Different Boards then yes, must send Sealed Envelope separately.

Note: I didn't go to IBCC, Only Board Attestation is Enough.

Could you Pls let me know how much they charged for the courier and since you sent it 3 weeks back, so I believe it must have reached WES by now, how long did it take?
Are you from karachi board? Also if you could share the name of that person

I sent HEC Envelope through Fedex and it reached in 5 Days.
I sent SSC+HSSC Envelope sent by Leopard Courier and it reached in 6 Days (it is very cheap compare to others)

All the Documents received by WES, Now status is "Evaluation in Progress".

I am from Abbottabad Board.

I went to HEC office Lahore and request them to seal the documents in an official envelope.they ask me to bring the envelope BC we don't have official envelope. So I wanted to know that wes will accept the documents like this with no official hec printed adress on the envelope.regards

Yes they will as they will put seal and stamp on ur envelope so thats perfectly fine

I would like to pay wes fee can I pay through bank draft instead of credit card. And wes accepted the bank draft if I pay through it and get the ECA report. Can anybody pay fee through bank draft .regards

Does WES need BISE attested doc & HEC attested doc. at one time.

Can I first send BISE attested copies of matric & Intermediate to WES. Later, once degree is attested by HEC, it will be sent to WES.

Pyes you need to send both seperately. But by sending urself i suppose u mean its already attested and sealed by respective BiSE in envelope and on sender part it should be address of issuing BISE registrar office not urs otherwise it will get rejected by WES. And do mention WES reference number on each envelope u send

In fact, my documents are not yet attested & not even submitted to BISE & HEC. I am working in Saudi and planning to send orginal doc. to pak.

But worry, how to manage it. As, both BISE & HEC need orginal certificate so it is difficult to get attested from BISE & HEC at same time. Will you please guide me, how you have managed the procedure of attestation from both BISE & HEC.

Are you using WES or ICAS for ECA.

One more question, I noticed that ICAS doesn't need attestaion of Secondary/Intermediate cert. They need only Degree attestation from HEC. "If you have a completed postsecondary qualification (college/university), secondary school documents are not usually required and their inclusion may delay your process."

Hi, it all depends on ur time affordability as few cannot wait as long as ICAS or CES takes to issue u an evaluation on contrary WES is juch faster but they have a drawback as they do not accept degrees from many pakistani institute. So before deciding abt WES check the list of institute they have for pakistan on their website. Second is get HEC attestation first as that will be quicker if u or ur relative go in person (normalyy within a day) then you can get BiSE attestation for secondary education ss they take couple of weeks. Thanks brother for sharing this information,I did intermediate from Peshawar board.Are you sure that there is no need to verified it from IBCC?
Actually some of my friends also verified from IBCC. Can you tell me that we have to get it sign by registrar of the board and he will give us in the sealed envelope both matric & intermediate or you got the form sign from registrar separately for SSC & HSCC? I am from Mansehra and sitting in Canada that's why too much worry as my relatives don't knw so much about this process.

I did MBA from Federa Urdu University karachi and I've got HEC attestation on the back of my original degree. How I can get HEC attestation on Photocopy and do I also need My final marks sheet attestation from HEC for WES report? Or Only MBA Degree and Intermediate certificates are enough? reply pleas.
