But which office that's the question because we haven't got any SA or notification which VO the file is transferred. But ironically we did got ADR in Feb.
Can we order GCMS ourself? Or that too should be requested by representative?

With this one I really don't know, but u can call CIC in Canada I know it's expensive but if u want u can do that and ask them or send them email through the website and they will answer within few days

Thanks Haris. My wife is a Canadian citizen too living here with me in Saudi Arabia. The problem is where to send email, we don't even know which visa office my file is transferred. I'm thinking to order GCMS, can you please guide me for that? One more thing, if we're using a representative in Canada then we can't communicate to CIC or visa offices ourself?

More senior members might answer the second part of your question but as far as I am aware, if you are using a representative, only they can check status updates about your file. Did you try contacting your representative or asking them what is happening with your file or if they received any updates ? Thanks

Usually 2 agents will have to approve the application
One from the ADVO and the other from CIC Canada

Don't know when I contact CIC Canada they always tell me they have no access on my husband file once it is sent to outside visa office!!!!! Or they r just saying this to eliminate emails & calls!

I think it's cause of 3eed and Canada Day maybe ppl took vacations that's all
I called CIC Canada and asked them cause my friend has same situation they told me it takes few days to send u a litter

Yes W.M you are right most of the employee working in CIC are in vacations .. let see this week , we hope to receive the PPR letter
