Oh yes, I did see that but it is not updated. I will check if it can be edited or if it is password protected.

On reading this thread I saw applicants being asked to submit additional documents. Is it a common practice of ADVO to request for additional documents? I believe you too received a final request letter threatening to cancel your application if you did not send the documents requested. My only worry is what if the ADR email doesn't come through and the application gets pushed to the back?!? :o

My friend.. This is exactly what happened to me.. They sent me an email attaching a letter that supposedly warned me, for the second time, that if i don't provide them with the requested documents they will reject my application... And so the third time they decided to send me a stupid email asking for required documents.. Such bs I am telling you... I check my ecas my emails and my postal mail EVVERYYY single day.. And yes i also checked my junk emails.. I didn't receive anything from them whatsoever.. I have a feeling that they lie a lot.. They say they sent it after a long time, and make u feel like u missed it.. In real its just a trick so that they can buy more time... They are just playing with people's lives... Any how, yes to answer your question, they do have a tendency to ask for additional documents.. Juust to make our lives more interesting...

Just like mine. They asked for ADR last december 9 but i submitted it last week only. I have 3 days left from the 45 days. So now I'm just waiting for the update from them. May i ask if my passport is expiring this june and I'll be renewing it do I need to inform them about the changes? If yes how and where to inform them? :)

can someone please update our spreadsheet?

My wife is in Dubai and I am Canada PR. How should I process her application and where should I submit documents (Canada or UAE) for process ??? Please help as I just got married and very confused where to start process from.

After I sent them the their requested documents, I did not hear back from them once... not even a confirmation that they received sumthing from me... i only got Aramex notification saying the package was delivered... so frustrating... they just keep us hanging... no way to follow-up... u can't even reach them of phone... total BS..

The current one is password protected and I cant edit it.

Shall we start a new one on this thread?

Or if we can ask the senior member who started the sheet and to add us in, that would be great!

The last applicant's detail updated on the sheet is sunset66_71 who applied in Feb 2013.

i was just looking at the spreadsheet... and i have noticed that in most cases, people received their PPR in 3 to 4 months after their E-case status changed to 'in process'... its already been 3 months for me (today to be precise)... i dunno if I should get in touch with the embassy or not... even if i do wanna get in touch with them, HOW do i get in touch with them? i signed the consent forms for CAIPS notes and sent them to my wife and she should get it today inshah - Allah... i am really luking forward to seeing what the real progress is for my application...

Lets just hope they have good news for you really soon. I can imagine how difficult it must be for you.

Did they mention in the ADR letter how long it would take to process your application. In some cases, I believe they mention 6 to 12 months.

Were you able to edit the spreadsheet??

TheRippleEffect We are same in time frame i think so... Mine was changed to "In Process" last Oct 2013, so its more than 3 months for me too but haven't received any notice yet from Abu Dhabi VO.. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago but no response received.
