Can you tell me how much longer it will take for my wife to receive her PR
from Abu Dhabi? Since March it still says Medical results received in Dhabi.
We got married in Maui.

Hello Soda, what is your timeline like.. The current posted processing time for ADVO is 13months(once file is transfered to VO) The spreadsheet below (signature area) will give you a better idea.. Good luck.

Mabbassi - I've been finding all my flights between Canada and the UAE on Orbitz.com It depends on when you travel / when you book. Surprisingly, the fares 2 weeks in advance seem to be just as competitive as booking far in advance. I managed to get a return ticket for $900 US once....$1100....but the standard seems to be around $1500..... and has been as high as $2000 - all economy class of course. Hope this helps.

Sarim - I know you are waiting...something that might be of help...I made a copy of the 2015 Outland applications spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FAYZyQgud1lzp7fM28i2O8ZrfbMAxdTc_t7_fiwI6ak/edit#gid=658388151 and then sorted (make sure you don't touch the original or a lot of people will be unhappy by application sent date.....some people who submitted in May are starting to receive AOR.....so hopefully we will hear the same soon I have to admit it's hard not to sit and stare at these spreadsheets every day...

Congratulations to those who have received PPR's and those who are on their way to Canada.

Hi Sarim. This spreadsheet is editable by you...but you add yourself to the bottom table and then the spreadsheet owner moves your line to the main table after a bit. If you cannot do this...let me know and I will help you.

You can then also compare your wait times to those from other regions, etc.....(although of course Middle East / Africa is generally slower....)

Your are lucky you received your AOR in one month and they already start working on your application that's is why you received AOR now wait for SA and file transfer to concerned visa office for further process. you applied from UAE? you visa office ADVO??

I am sponsoring my wife in ksa and I am hoping the visa office will be the UAE. It's relief to know that I am getting a head start , but I guess I can't really be too sure about cic . You shouldn't be far behind . You should recieve your AOR this week .

I am also hoping for ADVO because i am Paki Citizen living in UAE my wife sponsoring me. But not sure maybe possible CIC assigned LVO for me :-X

They received my application on 2nd June so might be possible i will receive my AOR next 1 or 2 weeks.
