Outland you cannot get a work permit until you are a PR and are legally able to work.

Do i have any other option than in-land application to get any kind of visa by which spouse (applicant) can still come to Canada and work legally?? please advice...

Your spouse can try to get a work permit and you not sponsor her/him. That's the only other option really. Other than applying outland and waiting.

1) I am applying for an outland application. During the processing, can my spouse (applicant), get any kind of work permit if he gets an internal transfer from the company? What is the shortest and legal work permit to opt for?

Internal transfers are fairly easy to get. If your spouse is a US Citizen (or Mexican Citizen) he can obtain a NAFTA intra-company transferee visa (assuming he meets the qualifications). This is fairly broad, and if he qualifies the NAFTA work visa is good for three years. Otherwise, his employer will need an LMO (although that's generally easier to do for an internal transfer and for a multi-national something they should know about.)

An intra-company transferee must:

have worked continuously for at least one year in the preceding three years for the same or affiliated employer in the United States or Mexico
be transferred to Canada to work temporarily for the same or an affiliated employer and
work in a capacity that is managerial, executive or that involves specialized knowledge.

I have a male friend. his girlfriend is from the US. the girlfriend is separated to her husband for over ten months now. she is currently living in the US, a green card holder.she have two boys, 21 and 14 years old. My friend who lives here in Canada also separated from his wife over 7 months now. his divorce is in process. his girlfriend been visiting here in Canada lately and she is wondering what are the chances that both of my friend and his girlfriend can live here in Canada together with her 14 years old boy? Can the boy come here for a visit and convert it to student visa so he can stay here? or he doesn't need a student Visa to study here in Canada? Can my friend's girlfriend stay and live with my friend as a common-law here in Canada? what are the procedures and how long is the process? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Leon...as I have checking all the documents left by my husband and upon reading it I now realize that, he was not being sponsored under Family class but was nominated by Manitoba Labour & Immigration...what does this mean I do not have any idea? Is there any related issues under the 117(9)(d) if my husband is under Manitoba nominee? thanks so much...

the question doesn't apply to me as I am a PR, can I leave it blank. No option to select NA also in this section. Please advice...

At least the sponsored person needs te fill it ou, but does my sponsor has to fill it out as well? The guide says:

you, the principal applicant;
your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

But it doesn't make any sense if my sponsor has to fill out a form from the sponsored person list. Same question for IMM 5669.
