No. Background went from Not Applicable to In Progress yesterday. Same day as Final Decision.
We got Passport Request on August 9th, 2023 (today) after getting Final Decision on August 8th, 2023.
Application submitted on January 28th, 2023.
Outland/Online from Iran.

Congrats! your file was processed pretty fast. We applied in March 2022 and just got our passport request and COPR number. Our file is processed in Ankara as well and I was wondering if you have any information on processing time for issuing the visa at Ankara office?

Hello everyone….I applied for inland spousal sponsorship on May 25.I used a lawyer as my representative.My wife who is the sponsor received AOR in her email on July 15.I have been trying to access the tracker but is not working out since then.Is it because I used a representative?
I haven’t receive any update from my representative till date.
Will I still retake medical and biometric? I did both 2021.kindly help me.

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
Ok, you have to contact your representative. I believe he/she has to sign up on PR tracker.
