we were both there during the wedding and we sign our marriage certificate,

Then why did you previously state that you were not physically present at the wedding?

if me and my spouse were not "physically present" during the marriage ceremony
should I write on different sheet of paper tell CIC, as to why we were not physically present?

Two quick questions (probably dumb questions too haha)

1.) My partner and I are applying outland, and we are doing the medical upfront, he completed his medical but they requested him to see a psychiatrist as he is on anti-depressants, do I have to wait until he has gotten his report from the psychiatrist before I send out our entire application?

2.) I noticed on one of our application forms I entered the date wrong by one day, will they be able to tell by the barcoded validation ? Would I be best to just redo that form?

2) You should re-validate the forms if you change any information on them to ensure consistency.

The great thing about the forms is you can save them in Adobe, go back in, modify whatever, and then re-validate button to generate updated barcodes.

I AM BRAND NEW to this application process for spousal sponsorship...so start with two quick questions. (under new Application process)

Do i need to send ORIGINAL Snaps/Pictures of relationship and invoices of gifts etc to CIC with application (just clipped together in one bunch because i am not sure how to attach pictures and still keep them sorted out)

..OR

Can scan the images and print 2 to 3 images on one A4 paper with text explaining situations, dates, people in images etc.

Please advise..on how to arrange the SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS...EXPERTS PLS ADVISE

It's been 15 days i submitted my required documents on MyCIC account, it still says not submitted to IRCC??
What does that mean? I also mailed the documents but still curious why not information on mycic account is acknowledged?

Then you were physically present at the wedding. By being physically present, CIC means did you attend your own wedding in person. Doesn't matter if you were in a different room lol, at least you and your wife were there.

It takes times from when CIC receive the documents and they update the account. I wouldn't worry about it.

Just want to check if anyone here knows if i can just send my FbI certificate via email? And where should i send it tho? Also i just want to know how can i find out what VO did they send our application since on our ECAs, it only stating that sponsorship application has a decision made and applicant's has been started processing already.

Yes, you can put the pics into Word.

1) Hmm, that's gonna be a problem. Is your husband in Canada? The wait list for psychiatrists is usually really long. I suggest he get the report from his own psychiatrist in his home country, if he's there.

2) Just redo the form if you haven't sent it.
