Congrats! My application has the same timeline as yours. Since you wife is with you in Canada, did she need to submit a Canadian Police Certificate for her ADR or a Pakistani one?

Nope, if you receive pre-arrival and no PFL/interview it means decision is positive. Next is passport request which will come by email or GCKEY.

I received pre-arrival on June 26,2021 and ECAS still says “In Process” not sure what this means or how long it will take. I am a sponsor, I applied in October 2020.
