Last year, average time was about 5 weeks. Earlier this year, about 2 months...and now it's about 3 to 4 months.

So we can add them to our contacts to avoid emails going to spam or junk folder.

What does your 'Review of Eligibility' say? It's probably they are done with your eligibility (i.e. they don't have any concerns with genuineness of your relationship) and moving on to next step i.e. Background check. Also, it might not be updated on the GCKey.

So they are done with your eligibility (don't rely on GCKey updates, it's pretty slow); and now it's the last step before the PPR. You are almost at the end of the dark tunnel

My account was also same ...not applicable but later on they request for additional documents and after submission status change again not applicable and my background not start yet.

Yeah i received additional documents request and after upload the status change from we need additional documents to process your application to NOT APPLICABLE..
