look for the status of your "eligibility" assessment. it will most likely say "not started" at this point in time. that's pretty much all you need to check for right now.

i am referring to miss black who recently messaged LVO and got a reply saying her file is still waiting for a review. :/

miss black got a doc request on june 1st, which means her file has been reviewed at least once.

As i remember, you have told one member to look in his notes whether CPC-M office hasnt raised any red flag before sending to LVO.. what was that thing?

From this it looks like, it will take couple of more months, like 4 to 5 months to process the whole thing for December. It is because of refugees processing everything is so slow ?

you're a may 2015 applicant and you still haven't passed eligibility? order your gcms notes because you need to find out whether there's any red flags or whether they're scheduling you for an interview.

HiI applied for.my spousal immigration.They received my application on October 5 2015 and started processing my application in dec and on 29 dec they send it to LVO. Its been almost 8 months there z no response.plzz let me know how long it will take?Or any other Oct applicants ve any rsponse from them or not?

wow another october applicant who hasn't heard anything even after 10 months.

romaan, most october applicants have already received their visas, but there are a few still waiting for some reason. the sponsor needs to go to the MP and find out what's going on.

Hey guys should I be expecting correspondence from cic for the additional docs and re assessment? I mean when I sent docs voluntarily I got a correspondence within 2 weeks but I didn't get anything this time and it's been 1 month.

this is normal; LVO does not always acknowledge receipt. i also sent docs voluntarily and even though my gcms notes show the docs being added to my file, they did not reply back even though i specifically asked them to do so.

How long do you guys think us November applicants will have to wait ? I'm getting so depressed....maybe end of this month? Beginning of September

after a doc request, they usually take 30 days minimum or 60 days maximum if there are no red flags and if background checks are straightforward (i.e. applicant has never been outside of pak for more than 6 months). so yeah, end of this month.

there's no reason for you to be depressed. i'm certain you will be getting PPR soon.
