Thank you for your kind words brother, I really admire the confidence I take from every single one of you.
But don't have any hope with any government, government changes but system and provisions remains the same. So just hoping other people who apply doesn't go through the stressful period we are going through, also hope they don't have goto a level of sharing their personal dignity with these officers to prove their marriage like we did. INSHA ALLAH.

You can see they knew everything about the delivery date of my baby, but till today nothing changed in my status. Also thought to go and take media's help in my case , but don't want to jeopardize my case more..

Now after surrendering to CIC my second war is with my employer who is not giving me more than 2 weeks off as I am a contract worker in Alberta.

IN SHA ALLAH... Just praying we all reunite with our spouse very soon. Ameen sum Ameen

Quick question: I am applying for my wife (recently married) What "ORIGINAL" document I must send in ? One of my friend just submitted an application for his wife he only sent original police certificate. Rest were all attested photocopies.

And even if I send anything original. Will I get it back ?

Read the application guide and check list carefully. CIC has clearly asked what original docs they need and yes they will send you back your originals once you passed your eligibility criteria.

Can't say without complete information. If you are referring to a Spousal Outland application of a Pakistani resident then 12 - 14 months from filing of application.

Please check for any re-medical request in your junk mail folder as there is a cluster of people behind you that have received.
When did the applicant do their upfront medical?

What are they exactly asking. I did send my nadra marriage certificate and nikkah namma with translation with my application. Why are they asking again
