Hi Farhana,
Thank you very much for your time. We both are officially married and living in Canada with open work permit. I just received ITA with unaccompanied spouse. I'm very much worried because any small mistake while submitting application may cause huge. Please advise me. I'm living Canada in next 36 hours. I would really appreciate if I can talk to you for a moment.
Thanks,
Rocky

Hi have you received PPR?
Hello brother Hassan.
I received an email in 17 September 2019 asking me for re medical . The second medical was done 11 April 2018 . I already did the medical and they asked me for certificate of good conduct from malayMalan updated one and my passport copy with a proof of my status in malaMala. I sent all in mail to Canada embassy in Singapore from Kuala Lumpur where I stay . Ten days later in 27 sepSeptemmy status was changed from in process to decision made. Is it good news ? When do you think they will ask for my ppr? Thank you

Hello,

I am currently in Canada and I applied for outland spousal application for my wife who resides at Bangladesh on last September 2018. Her medical was done on March 2019. Afterwards there was no update. After the 1 year allotted time I messaged using IIRC web form and was told a day later that after initial review my wife have to give an interview and they will let us know about the date 4 weeks before the actual interview. It's been already 4 weeks since then and no update.

Can you guys please tell me usually how long does it take to get the date for the interview and where does it take place if she is from Bangladesh and visa processing office is Singapore?

Thanks

Hi, I have a question. My outland application is currently being processed in my home country. I intend to fly to Canada to my husband soon as I have a valid multiple entry TRV and just wait out the remainder of the process while in Canada as a visitor. If I get called for an interview will I have to go home to my home country and have the interview at the same visa office (meaning I have to go back to my home country)?

Hi Farhana,
I want to sponsor my wife. We are married since August 2019 and it's an arranged marriage. We met once talked over phone two/three times. Then suddenly we decided to marry without any preparation. We (around 15 people) went to her location and according to Islamic shariyah we finished our marriage. We couldn't go for honeymoon because we were not prepared for a journey. We stayed at home, went around, went to relatives house and meet with friends.

No the issue is:
1) How can explain about the marriage which is organised at her location and only close relatives were present.
2) We even did not even exchange rings, like engagement.
3) we don't have previous conversation before marriage.
4) We didn't go for honeymoon.
5) We have very less marriage pictures.
6) After our marriage, I didn't go to visit her.

Based on that how can I prepare the application package and the answers related to our marriage. Thanks in advance.

Your spouse has to answer and show the necessary document according to the question ask by the interviewer.
Sometimes the interviewer may ask unusual question to make the applicant nervous.
Say, your spouses intention was not good, she married you only for going to Canada. You both doesn't have any relationship, your marriage certificate are fake, you paid money for that.
She has to prepare for this type of question and defend properly with showing various documents and photograph in different occasions.
If you did not visit your spouse since long after marriage that is also questionable.
She should explain properly the reason why you did not visit.
She has to know all about you and your other family member, your birth date, marriage date, last visit date, where you live, work, salary everything.
They are asking this type of questions just to ensure that the relationship between spouse are real not fake.

My wife had to face a lot of questions like this and finally she overcome. She did not need to show all the document she had.
Hope this will assist you. Best of luck for your spouse interview.
