yes

Z7J said:Hello everyone,
I've been following this thread for a long time and finally decided to join.
I am sponsoring my spouse:
App sent: Apr 26
App received: Apr 29
AOR : today, June 01
Quick question, the format of the letter we received via email is different from what people here have posted so far.
"This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2016/04/29 on behalf of the following member(s):
(name of spouse)"
Should I be worried?
zumbagirl said:you are ok.
this is standard wording for the letter sent to the sponsor.
welcome to the board and good luck with your application!
Z7J said:Thanks, Zumbagirl! phew! ;D

volkov said:this is an incredible coincidence, we are almost on the exact timeframe you listed, and also got the EXACT same form letter as you just described.... we also missed a month or two in the 10 years of history, but also had no errors or missing information in our Additional Family Information form, so wondered about that (only that we wrote N/A on the children sections, maybe we will fully spell out "Not Applicable" this time)
it is exciting that they are working on it so quickly, we are still waiting for any word on the OWP we applied for and there is no mention of it on our account when we checked the site so far
good luck!
