Well, anytime really. If they have started processing the application, you won't get the money back. The OWP is valid until the date on the permit.

Is this the main reason you want to withdraw( so you will not be obligated to the 3 year holding period) ? Not being nosey, but just want to make sure no one gave you some messy information about cancelling etc

They are separate applications with separate outcomes. They are linked only by dependency. The OWP has a validity date on it. That date, is when the permit is valid until.

Currently shipping after 57 days. So add shipping time to that. I wouldn't condone violence, however, I wanted to point out that you should remove the stipulation of "if I will not get my PR". That d-bag almost screwed you, and will likely do it to others. It's time people who are victims of this negligence stand up to it!

On mycic it shows as Medical passed but on ECAS shows as medical received. Which one should I believe?

They're both saying the same thing. Seeing the medical mentioned in ECAS means they have accepted it as passed.

Out of curiosity....those of you who had to upload additional evidence of relationship...how long before getting your DM? My husband got SA A couple of days ago and I'm wondering if I can ignore my inbox for a few days, or if it will Happen soon!

It will take 30-45 days for them to just attach it to your file. You have time

It's closer to Champlain NY... One of the refugee highways. So, it may be slower...but if it is, that's probably why.

Yes, in our case we got the landing letter almost 8 weeks after the DM letter, and the appointment was for 2 weeks later (almost 10 weeks after DM). But someone reported recently in the 2015 thread that he landed 5 weeks after DM. So, they might do it a bit faster now. Anyway, as you said, it's almost over!
