Don't mention it. I just wanted to make sure there has not been a recurrence of the request... Hopefully we got it sorted (I suspect we do -- they are about to issue a PR for your hub)

No progress means nothing wrong with your application. That is a good thing.

We had to redo IMM5406 and IMM5669, twice. No requests for any other documents. Medical passed June last year. All fees paid at time of application submission.

I am the sponsor and my husband is PA but I am the one checking all the time.

2 days ago I've received an email from cic Mississauga that in order to proceed with my application they need police clearance certificate.
But I have submitted original certificate at the time we sent all the documents together(all docs including medical and clearance letter)
Is it because it is too old now? (we submitted docs on 4th of August) and I never left Canada.
Should I call them? (what is the correct number? I tried calling cic and didn't reach anyone).
BTW they asked me to send certificate to Vegreville AB, but my application was submitted to Mississauga and I am located in Toronto.

People have reported receiving requests recently. Think the wording was:

"If you have not submitted the PCC................"


Just send a CSE indicating that you already submitted it with the application. If you did make a copy of it, also scan and upload the copy.

My guess anyway! If it's in progress, they can't really use it. If it's done, it's a moot point..

If the PCC was submitted, and you're certain of that you can disregard providing you haven't returned home since it was issued. It was a mass reminder email. It states in it to disregard. If you want, you can send a copy and a note stating it was already submitted via CSE. But I don't think it's required...

Application was received on November 9th, 2016.

Is anyone else with a similar time received time still waiting or just received their OWP? Haven't got mine yet but wondering about others.

It's April now . And don't order any more notes. When I dropped them, our case sped up significantly. You should try..

I think myCIC account is not properly linked it shows my name and app number, but no any other information like payment/status and etc.
I reported this technical issue and nothing changed.
in my msg board i only see the time when i linked it and technical issue msg.
