I wouldn't use these people ever. Wow. No, you are from December 2015. You should have been ahead of us. This mess slowed you down, and I blame her for that. You can't take their excuses or their lies -- they are trying to feed you lines so you won't be upset. You paid for representation, and that person didn't bother to do anything with your evidence at all. grrrr!

The 1017 is important, because it has a 30 day demand. It's not like the PCC where it was 60 days, this one is 30. If they have issued it, and no one has told them that you need an extension, you could risk running out of time.

See, I think that might be a cultural thing. We have become used to what we are and are not entitled to. For Mr Carol, Ms Profiler, and I suspect others, they see us making demands, and they just don't want to make waves. To that end, Ms Profiler thought I was going to push the limit and CIC would deport her -- when I contacted the MP!

It takes some time and getting used to. But I think he will come around...

In my letter it says
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence.......

Is this the AIP?

We applied last June 2016.

Pay online. It depends on the case and if there is anything needed..

interesting, so March 30 applicant should get DM by April 30... that is a month to wait when will SA and AIP come for those? that is a lot of big events to fit into the next 30 days.... checking cic site 3 times a day every day and the post mailbox multiple times a day too lol

Will it be possible to share your timeline please? When did you receive Application date, AOR, SA? I gather you got AIP March 29th?. Did they ask for any additional doc? Did you submit everything upfront?
