Spousal sponsorship application returned for insufficient fees but didn’t specify what part of fees is missing

Hello,

My spouse submitted an outside Canada spousal sponsorship application with my 2 kids as dependents. We paid a total of $970 for 1 adult without rprf fees of 515$ for me (as it was optional) and didn’t pay the biometric fees too as I saw in one of their forms that they will reach out to me to pay that. We submitted this on Oct 17 25 and we just got a message today ircc returned for insufficient processing fees in the ircc email attachment. Has anybody run into this? Which part should I pay the biometric or rprf fee? Since it’s returned should I pay all the fees again as they might refund the already paid amount? Please advise!

According to this webpage, the sponsor have to pay $1205 or more to sponsor a spouse or partner; sponsor child from $170:
