file transferred to London on January 23, 2014
Not in progress and nothing from London
Any 1 els same timeline and got nothing from London ?

yea me as well nothing as yet. I applied on 06 Dec 13, file transferred to London 24 Jan 14. Nothing at all ecase says application received medical received.

I called up my lawyer and she said you should expect to hear some thing by end of this month as that marks the completion of 11 months, but I seriously doubt that, as looking at this fourm nothing is clear. However i just noticed few people whoz file were transferred in Jan have received some response.

If that's the case than we should also hear some thing soon InshAllah

Salam, congratulations , I am June 2013 applicant my family file was transfer to Islamabad pak in November 2013 but still I did not receive any thing from cic isb, Islamabad did not move my family file to another place like uk or India . Naveed

thanks guys ! In Sha Allah you all will hear something real soon! Hubby just got remedical and I was jumping up and down with excitiment like he just got his visa or something lol .... how much longer must we wait!!

Congrats what I read here is about 2/3 months max after re medical, can be sooner too. May be someone more experienced can correct me.

As u told that u claimed as refugee I heard that they treat in different way with the case of person who claimed as refugee I met a person who has same situation as urs he told me that his family case is never transferred to London or anywhere else it's being process in Islamabad but weirded thing is they never contacted
Well they never contacted with me too just told me after one year that they transferred my husbands file to LVO after that they are sleeping again and 6 more months have been passed best of luck

No, it does not. If that is the case everybody would approach the MP. But approaching MP will tll you what is going on with your file and what percent of work is done on your case, what is coming up next etc.
