It end at end of 2023
My ex wife did the charge
Can I sponsor my wife and will this have issue?

I assume this involved either a family member or someone you were in a relationship with or had been in a relationship with previously? If so, recommend you speak with a lawyer.

I think you should talk to a lawyer to make sure. It depends on if the "condition" has been met or not yet (i.e. probation period has ended or not).

2 years not passed and its not violent crime

Hello ,

I was charged under Domestic Voilence count 4 in 2018, where 3 counts were withdraw, and I had pled guilty on one charge of 266(assulat) and received absolute dicharge in dec 2021. and I had successfully completed 1 years after absolute discharge dec 2022.
I need help, to understand weather I am eligible to sponsor my spouse or not.

please help me if someone in same situation and had approved spouse sponsorship
