My partner had conditional discharge in assault with his ex in 2020.he got divorced and we are married couples of months ago. Now he is planning me to sponsor. Does this conditional discharge create problems as there is no conviction in conditional discharge and his background check showed nothing Does this make any problem to sponsor me to Canada ? Do we have to mention this condition discharge in sponsorship application.
Is anybody in same situation?
