For my daughter(US Citizen) application for PR, I am Co-sponsor and wife is main Sponsor. As suggested, we applied outland and waiting for SA stage.

Right now all 3(me, wife, daughter) of us are in Canada. I have to go and take care of something urgent back in USA. My wife and daughter will stay here in Canada.

Is it okay that I move out of Canada(to US) once our daughter's application passes Sponsor approved(SA) stage?

Only Canadian citizens can sponsor family members while living outside Canada. If you are PR, you must be living in Canada for the entire duration of the sponsorship process. You can take a short trip to the US but anything extended (like 3 weeks or more) can cause a problem.
