Yup, this is my first application. I had shown personal assets and also cash which is sufficient for 6 months stay in Canada..

Hi Guys, I need your help at this stage.

As my wife is Provincial Nominee, she is entitled to Open Work Permit and PNP letter make her Exception from LMIA.

Even though, the reason for refusal is we didn't demonstrate exception from lmia. It seems like officer didn't check that she is provincial nominee.

Is there any way to appeal or argue against result?

Please tell me how can I appeal against refusal.

Stating that i have not satisfied them enough that i will return back to India.

Nope.. I had not submitted the medicals. CIC did not ask me also.

I am not sure what can be argued in your case.

I am in canada for almost 2 years nd i hve dne my diploma in ontario nd moved to alberta, while i was a student i applied SOWP for my husband and got rejected twice stating family ties, financial assests nd will not leave canada in intended time. i have shown all d rrequired documents nd stuff. Now i am on PGWP till 2015 AUgust and working under skilled level NOC B and applied again for my husband (November,10 2014) . Few days back again they rejected stating family ties, financial assests and will not leave canada in intended time

My documents

work permit
Job offer n Description
3 pay stubs
my educational certificate (including canadian education)
our marriage certificate
photos
our wats app, facebook, skype chat history
AINP (got my file number nd so attached our file number )
4000$ nd bank statement

My Husbands

Edcuational certificates
previous rejection letter
cover letter
explanation of our previous rejection letter
his current employment letter
pay stubs
His previous employer relieving letters nd pay stubs
our joint bank account
75 lakhs cash in our A/c nd bank statement
our property worth 5 crores (parental) nd signed by CA

These are all d documents we have submitted and this is third time we got rejection for SOWP. can someone help out me with this situation.
Advice's appreciated.

I have received email stating that, "Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada visa office. I think my visa is rejected once again.
