i did my medicals for my pr
so i sent the emedical receipt through cse to attach it to my application
donno whats gonna happen.

it has stated one reason in my refusal that my spouse has arrest warrant in his living place but he doesn't have any.is it possible for me to send reconsideration mail with he clear documents that he doesnt have anything such.to whom do i need to send reconsideration request and what is the email id

OMG I am so sorry on your refusal .
I think you need to send a CSE stating that there is no such report .
Proof like police clearance .
And I Donno what else you can provide.
I saw on this forum for some people they reopen there cases sometimes
I just gave suggestion from my point of knowledge.
Let's wait if any expert could give a better advice.

sorry to hear about that, i don't know what kind of database these ppl have. They just go by DOB and Name which leads to confusion, my cousin got his citizenship and he is not even PR. u just submit cs enquiry with his pcc ull get it. #hopes #prayers

i have a serious question here if a person is really having an arrest warrant,that guy is in Canada and and rejection is for the spouse ??? :-X

if that is the case then how a person with an arrest warrant could enter into there country

I applied for SOWP on 22nd Feb. I booked an appointment for medicals on March 4th. I have a doubt. Can i go for medicals much before being requested by the CIC?? or do i need to wait till to get a request from CIC. Kindly advice..

You can do it before being requested it wouldn't be a problem.
Or you can even wait till they request perhaps your application processing time would be prolonged.
Other than that there is no issues.

Awesome... thanks..by the way i was wondering why were you waiting for CIC in giving medicals. I assume even u can go ahead to medicals with out being requested..

I applied for sowp and also pr
so i was waiting for ita so after ita i can go for medicals
i received ita and i did my medicals and uploaded the emedical document for sowp application later through cse.

so i actually planned if i do medicals that should be useful for both the applications and so i didn't go for upfront.
