Because as far I know pgwp cannot be extended .
If you applied for express entry and received ITA.after submitting PR application you will receive AOR.then you spouse can apply for bowp and you can also apply for sowp simultaneously.
I sent the medical through case specific inquiry. I am wondering do they actually reply ?jsghai said:

Surprisingly we both applied on the same date ..that is bringing some sort of smile on my face .
I sent CSE stating that we got ITA and done our medicals .
I attached medicals documents and invitation letter of PR also .
Because I want to make some way my application strong like for sowp they may reject saying I may not return back to home country etc.but what I thought is if we already got PR invitation.they may not reject in that sense and all
And moreover we need to indicate all the changes happening.
I think they may get the notification even without informing.
But what is wrong in dropping a CSE and doing our work right?
