This happens to a few candidate not all. But its easy to handle. All you have to make sure is that You say everything as you stated in you Explanation letter and if he asks something about returning to home country, you have to convince him on that. Thats it.

I Donno y they specified to get that document.it has complete detail of our relationship like where we met,how we got married,where did we go for honeymoon etc.
I wanted to know what are the chances of getting a positive visa if they schedule an interview?
And do they stamp visa immediately or again I need to wait if the react positively?

Also read the message from CIC carefully. IT will have some reference. Like the application number or so.
Check that reference to confirm whether it is for SOWP or PR

Gifts are a strong means to prove relationships. You can show the wedding rings and stuffs like that to make you case stronger. And yes, if you prove your relationship, you are through the visa. I don't think they will want to dig deeper than that.

Get your answers ready and make sure you say the same things when they are cross checking.

I didn't submit upfront medicals for sowp but after I received ITA I did my medicals and submitted it for sowp application also through CSE.

This is more than enough. Just get everything organizaed in the sequence of time it occurred so that it makes it easy for the officer to believe whatever you present and you get the visa as a result.

Did you submit wedding photos, documents related to your trip and other relationship proofs with the application?
or you submitted only marriage certificate at the time of application.

I believe they will keep your passport and will send it later by mail.
For the Interview just be normal and natural. Answer all questions truly and same as mentioned in your PR application.
Remember the dates as they are important.
Also you can take with you some documents which have your spouse name. Like your Adhaar card, driving license, bank statement .
also if your passport has your spouse name then that should be sufficient enough.
Rest leave it to God, You will definitely get the Visa. Good luck
