Skilled workers-Choosing Non accompanying spouse who is currently in Canada under open work permit

Hi,

I am currently a PhD student with a study permit, my wife is living with me in Canada with an open work permit, and we have a child, and we are applying for Express entry.

My question is: can I state that my wife is non-accompanying to boost my CRS to 475 instead of 450, despite that she is currently living in Canada? I have read a lot of contradictory posts and threads regarding this issue.

I would appreciate answers based on real experience.
