I am a newbee here.Please advise me what must i do,my TWP is about to expire this july.My SINP nomination was expired also and PR application had been returned requesting for CELPIP which Im about to take this april12.I can only request SINP extension after the result of CELPIp so I can send PR application to CIC.please advise me on what to do.Can i extend my temp permit with my permanent job offer only?,because im running out of time.my employer cannot issue new LMO because of longer processing times. THanks!

This is Bad my friend.... Usually you can extend your work permit only if you have SINP nomination.. Take to the immigration officers at SINP and see if they are ready to extend your nomination before so that you can apply for extension.. Take your old IELTS results and convince them that you should be fine with the CELPIP and will get the required bands.. I think this is the only option

Yeah if you can contact someone at Sask Immigration to extend the Nomination they should do it for you. I have had an extension before. I think they can only extend it so many times and for so long though. Don't call the call centre...search sask immigration on google and find a direct line ! Much more helpful !

SINP will issue you a support letter to get closed work permit with your current employer with whom you filed your SINP.,.,..and do you have AOR by any chance because you applied for PR but they returned your file.././....
but yea SINP can issue a support letter for closed work permit if they have not given it to you with your nomination..

Thank you guys for all the advices. Last April 4, I had submitted a request for nomination extension to the SINP, I had attached the CIC letter requesting for Language Test as well as the new Job offer from same employer, and also the admission ticket for CELPIP , and thanks GOD, last April 25, SINP issued the extension of nomination.I had already submitted the Work Permit extension (same employer) and right now, waiting for the CELPIP result so that we can submit our PR application to CIC.
Thanks GOD !...
Just trust in HIM and keep on praying....
