Help with IMM 0008 – Question 10 (Status & From–To dates during restoration) – SINP Nomination

Hi everyone,
I need some guidance regarding IMM 0008 – Generic Application Form, Question 10 (Current country of residence – status and “From–To” dates).
I am filling out this form because I want to submit my SINP nomination application.
My situation:

My work permit expired in October 2025.

• I applied for a BOWP, but it was refused 2 weeks ago.
• IRCC gave me 90 days to apply for restoration.
• I am currently within the restoration period.
• Yesterday, I applied for an LMIA-based work permit with restoration.

Now I am unsure how to complete the “From” and “To” dates under my current status in Canada.

• What should I write in the “To” date since my new work permit application is still in process?

If anyone has faced a similar situation while applying for SINP, please share how you completed this section.
