Hello jplventurina,
If you hired an immigration consultant to process SINP application in your behalf,it is the consultant who could directly receive the updates comming from the SINP ,it is not you neither your employer. the conaultant will just updaye you whenever SINP will ask additional documents or if they have already approved your application..

I received my nomination November 23, 2018 and I am now working on my PR application.
