not true, it can open later in the daytime as well. In rare cases it can open like 4 am as well using auto system e.g. 1 jan 18 intake.

After SINP OID update its demand list on 4 Jan 2018, they have deleted NOC 1123 for which I am applying. What should I do now???

My brother would like to apply SINP OID and EE under International Skilled Worker category. He is currently preparing
required documents and have some questions.
1. On some translated documents, there are Red Seal in Chinese instead of English. Does seal have to be in English as well?
Will it be a problem?
2. For reference letter from current employer, is it OK if the reference letter is issued 1~2 months before the application submit date?
It is difficult to get a very new reference letter in time when SINP is open because of intake.
3. I know SINP settlement fund requires a history of 3 months. But is it OK for a bank account with 2 months history and on another 6-month
frozen term?

Some people get response in 3 months and some may get a year to get response. Some jan-2017 still waiting for nomination. Previous year they were shown processing time as 3 months. Now as per their present status on website it shows more than 6 months
Sinp EE 1jan 2018 ..some cases are already in process or rejected.

After applying on 1st Jan 2018, I got a reply from 'SWOASIScorrespondence' with subject - 'Correspondence regarding application';
What type of email this was? Application Received email?
This is the email you'll get whenever you receive a letter (PDF letter) from Saskatchewan Immigration. The PDF letter will never be attached to an email - so they send you this email to let you know that you've a correspondence in your OASIS profile, and you need to go check.
You should read it carefully. It has all info and instructions to download the received letter
