For me I have submitted through representative, so they have shared the acknowledgment letter, you can email (immigration@gov.sk.ca) them to ask the status of your application or call (306-798-7467) I did the same and they replied saying it’s still application received, they took time to reply

Do you have any clues that how long it takes for them to review and make a decision. Also, if the NOC donot match with them than what is the action
The timeline and decision is purely depend on the VO(officer) who is handling your profile and it varies from NOC to NOC with the latest update it can take Upto 25 weeks but you can expect it before that
same here broTill 2019 the processing time for EE it was 41 weeks. Now site says they have brought it to 25 weeks, hope we should get it at the earliest.
It has become a habit to login to oasis site first thing in the morning and still you don't see any progress then whole day is gone for a toss

Not sure when it will move to IP. My IELTS will get expire in March 2020. I hope to get nomination before March.

If it is because of POF then, there is a chance of entering the EOI pool by submitting application again. If refused/rejected due to misrepresentation, then there is a few years of ban from applying.
I think only the age is locked in as per SINP nomination. I doubt it's the same with IELTS. As far as I know IELTS needs to be valid till the date of submission of your federal eAPR. So not only that you should get your nomination, you should get a federal ITA and submit it also. Not sure how this works for oid folks. Check it out and plan accordingly.
Very slow movement seen in 2171. Be prepared to submit renewed IELTS TRF if asked.
I spoke to them and they replied very humbly that my file is pending to be processed.
