I applied through the non-Express Entry stream on December 17, 2024.
I received my AOR on October 30, 2025, but I haven’t received a PAL or medical request yet. It’s been six months with complete silence.
I called IRCC, and from October 30 to January 28, 2025, my PVO was Sydney and my SVO was Etobicoke. On January 28, 2025 the SVO changed to OSC Ottawa. Honestly, I couldn’t find much information online about this office, so I’m creating this thread to share updates and see if anyone else has had their file processed there and how fast it was.
