Urgent !! Fedral non express entry PR file

I submitted my file under Manitoba PNP non express on 21st sep 2024 last update was on MARCH 10th 2025 they requested my biometrics and asked to resubmit IMM569 form later ,did that in July within couple days of the request and no update since then. I called IRCC and confirmed they said they have received it and it’s under process and no update since.
Can someone help in that please ! Thanks a lot

What do you need help with? Processing is 16 months or more. You are within processing times.

I just wanted to make sure it’s okay so have such a gap with no update on the file. That’s all thank you for your reply!!!
