I have submitted Nomination in oasis on 30 August 2016, System Analysts occupation. Application status is still Application Received anyone who submitted in August 2016 OID has application status changed to in process??

mine was changed to IN PROCESS last Oct 7,, my surname is V (just saying bcoz some other says its depends on surname).

A friend of mine submitted a fake POF (settlement fund) during the SINP application for EE category and has got nomination letter from SK. Will he be rejected by CIC by chance?

CIC will know for sure.. they will ask again for updated POF and once they confirmed its fake.. your friend will be banned by CIC for 5 years.

but his father is among the top officials of the bank, he recently graduated his master degree from UK and he is now looking for job that's why he couldn't have that fund by himself. Another CIC condition says you can't borrow the settlement fund, thats why he made his father helped him out

My SINP applciation is submitted on 20th July for NOC 2171 - Express Entry. It shows "In Process" status but after that there is no further progress.

Can anyone suggest on this ?
