Sinp existing work permit stream - IEC expiers to BOWP

Hi there I'm Andrea from Italy. I'm planning to come to Saskatchewan next year under IEC with a 6 months open work permit. I will be working in NOC B and I know that I will have to work for 5.5 months (960 hours) to qualify under sinp existing work permit category.

My questions are:

- because my WP is very short how can I keep working if I can't get my BOWP in time?

- can I get my job approval in advanced before I reach the 960 hours to save time to submit my sinp application?
