Saskatchewan Express Entry Opens for 1,000 New Applications
    • October 26,2017

The International Skilled Worker – Express Entry sub-category of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has reopened for 1,000 new applications, presenting an opportunity for eligible candidates in the government of Canada’s Express Entry immigration pool to apply for a provincial nomination without needing a job offer.

A successful application for a provincial nomination under the SINP International Skilled Worker – Express Entry sub-category, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis, results in 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points being awarded and an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence being issued during a subsequent draw from the pool.

The last time this sub-category was in late July, when the intake of 600 new applications was filled within days — a common feature of this popular Canadian immigration category.

  2. I made a silly mistake on my Schedule A- Declaration Form. I didn't didn't check "YES" for a refusal that I got for a UK tourist visa in 2013.

Should I quickly correct that today and re-scan the form and send it to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca with an explanation? OR hope for the best that that the gaffe won't be spotted for misrepresentation?
(It was said that the declaration portion of that form at the last page will be deposed to before a Canadian govt official, can I wait to correct the form then?)
  3. Thanks but i am not eligible :(
  4. Hello,

Maintaining funds for at least 3 months prior to submitting my application is mandatory?
  5. Yes. You can fill next time . If this condition is fulfilled .
  6. Thank you for the confirmation. Right now I don't have the required amount of fund :( I will try next time. How long will it take to get final PR after applying the application?

  10. My husband has submitted his application yesterday night. Got the file number. I just need to know the maximum points he can get for the years of experience.

  11. Somebody should kindly drop a thought or two on this matter. I am going bonkers right now. I don't know what to do and this is painful as it wasn't meant to be intentional.
