SINP - Anyone with employment offer??

Hello guys. Is there anyone with an employment offer who applied for nomination possibly in late 2015?

I applied in last year and still showing "In Process". Trying to get an idea how long it is taking in reality now a days? Any recent information will be very helpful.

2 weeks from application received to application nominated.

It's Christmas, people take lengthy holidays so not surprised they are slower.
