Hi all

I have a question which is not related to the topic , just I would like to know your opinions in:
4 years ago I submit an application for Quebec and till now nothing except for file number and last December they asked me for documents update

Now I want to withdraw my application .... so what do u think .... and if any one know the procedures of withdrawal of an application

As you have sent the application to cio, you do not need to withdraw i think at least till you get AOR. If you doubt that the visa officer might think on your intent to settle in multiple or different (other than SK) province then you can withdraw after your AOR.
What do you guys think?

Withdrawl - I heard that they have moved the processing center to Montreal. So you email them through the below link to know the procedure before submitting withdrawl directly in this form.

been itching to ask this question. has any of you heard or read about a PNP applicant who was refused/rejected at the CIC stage. i've read it here somewhere that CIC's concerned is more towards health and security but i was wondering if there's anyone out there who received a rejection due to other reasons. ::) ::)

My thinking:
Not much rejections unless serious illness and/or expensive decease or convictions/arrests on serious offense. Also if the (majority of) information is not much true in the application then it will raise doubt and issues during application review and might trigger for interview and deep level review.

Health:
People talk about high sugar, high cholesterol, little high blood pressure and minor stuff will create issue but actually these are not. If so then half of developed countries' citizens cannot get through the visa.

Security:
If the name match and/or passport number pulls up any record at travel databases then there will be further review. But there is no straightaway rejection before lengthy review and we will be asked for lot many documents and address and whereabouts detail.

No refusal unless it's a subject to misrepresentation (giving false information), serious illness like aids, TB, Etc or any serious offense like beating someone and breaking bones.
First one is very serious which cause not only refusal but 5 yrs ban also. :) :P

Are you optimistic to get invite with 354 points? Well, I'm not at this moment. What was their last cut off score anyway? Thus, without PnP you got no option to get a express invite :)

SINP EE is yet to open... Keep checking their website for starting date. Good luck...

Hi!
Yes, you can apply from outside Canada but if your NOC is 1111 then it is a regulated occupation and you need to obtain license eligibility letter first and then you can apply in their Express Entry sub category program or their occupation in demand sub category.

For regulated occupations:

For SINP programs:

Hi,

I am a 1111 candidate. SINP asked to provide proof of eligibility to get license as my occupation is regulated.

In this regard I have applied to CPA SK for eligibility to get registered. Based on my transcript CPA SK replied me below e-mail after 5 weeks:

Hello,
I have completed the evaluation of your transcripts. I am pleased to inform you that you are eligible to join the CPA PREP Program.
You are eligible for exemption in Modules 1-4 of the CPA PREP Program. For more information on the CPA Accreditation process please follow the link below

Dear
did you submit your licensing proof to the SINP, if not please mention and claim that you are eligible to work in your occupation with this.

If hope that this information helps you.
Best Regards,

My question to the senior is that whether the above e-mail sufficient to prove the eligibility of getting the license??

Can i get nomination by the support of this e-mail?

Victor, tetunte, FSWCIO, Imran28 and other please can u give me advice in this regard. :-[ :-[ ???

Did you submit your licensing proof to the SINP, if not you can mention and claim that you are eligible to work in your intended occupation with it.

Sure. Mention it. You may even use it while making payment too.

The beauty is that you will use it in assessing your application online when it gets to CIC stage.
It's good been in the moving train
