Guys there's a new update of generic form in April 2015 so make sure you fill the updated one. Couldn't find any update in form except fingerprint discloser. May be they would start taking finger print while they send PPR. :)

In my package, it was Feb 2015 version! The new one wasn't in their website at least before 28 April because I checked it on 28 April and send my package on 30! ;)

Nope, in case of recent form update they consider signing date. As your signing date is before they updated/uploaded the form is absolutely fine. Don't worry at all. :)

Yes, you shouldn't worry and stay positive. You will get your AOR soon, may be within last week of June. :)

Thank you, I am going to change mine!, I was suppose to send my application this Saturday, but I had a photo and translation issue...
maybe next week,

by the way, if you already paid your fee by credit card, you don't need to attach the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 5620], right?

is it means if i have sent valid IELTS to CIC before expired date, it is valid for whole CIC application process? if CIC will require IELTS in near future, I can also provide this IELTS test result, although it is expired. is it right? please help me to confirm. i sent email to inquire SINP, but nobody reply me.

Hi all,

Just to clear the confusion regarding the IELTS for CIC. It is not needed for skilled workers, just received the confirmation from SINP, please see below:

Thank you for your email.

CIC requires applicants who have a low skill job position (NOC C or D) to submit valid language test results with their application. It is important to note that although language test results are not listed as a requirement for applicants in a skilled occupation, CIC reserves the right to request these documents at any time during processing. If these documents are required for your Permanent Residency application they will need to be valid (within two years of issue date).

Kind regards,

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Q: Is it means if i have sent valid IELTS to CIC before expired date, it is valid for whole CIC application process?
A: Yes

A: If they want to verify the original then they might but nowadays they can verify it at ielts site itself hence i think thats why they are not asking for original while comparing to earlier requests on asking for originals.
And they will not ask for updated/new one.

Yes, Its only needed for payment except online. But we need to attach the filled receipt for the payment done online.

Yes it looks like a separate project. The completeness check and information check makes it lengthy and little hard.
