30 days from the medical request letter.

SP_BD, Also please tell me if this communication was through email also or email only?

I have received e-mail today "Your request has been received and has been sent to a manager for review. We will contact you if further information is required"

Dear all,
I have received an email today from SINP that, my application is ineligible for failure to obtain proof of eligibility to get license from Saskatchewan.. but i am strongly confident that i provided them the licensing eligibility from my regulatory body in due time. my NOC is 1111.
Could any body suggest me what can i do now.

Hi, buddy

my noc is 1111 too. How long did you get your licence from CPA SK. The documents they request was received in 13 April, and they say the official assess time is 4-6 weeks. But my due date is this Saturday,9th May. I wrote to the CPA officer on 30 April and yesterday. No reply till now.

What would happen if I cannot provide this license by 9th May?Ineligible??

Hello Imran28,

How long did it take CPA SK to provide you this letter?

A friend of mine is trying to get the letter and has sent transcripts and WES reports to CPA SK but she hasn't heard anything back from them.

A reply will be really appreciated.

The official assessment time is 4-6 weeks

Hi Imran,

the second review worked for me. I got my nomination on Tuesday after waiting for 85 days in second review process. The second review will be done by a different manager. Just write an email and name the reasons that prove the opposite, in your case provide the license of the respective body and make sure that you include in your email all members of the SINP including the manager who assessed your application, the other manager, SINP director. Their contact details are listed here: http://gtds.gov.sk.ca/pages/Details.aspx?organizationid=256db63b-090c-4e23-b106-8a1ff217b286

Good luck!

Congrats BCornerstone. when did you apply for second review?. I applied on april 10th and got the AOR for second review on April 28th, not sure for me why so much days.

Thanks Cansen, i applied for second review on the 17th of April and got AOR on 5th May which is roughly 3 weeks, so i guess the time your AOR came is in order... we will all be fine ;)

Dear sookie
thanks a lot, what was your cause of refusal, should i include any minister in email
The reason of my refusal was I did not score sufficient points. You can include the minister on bcc but not necessarily as the director is enough.
