The reason of my refusal was I did not score sufficient points. You can include the minister on bcc but not necessarily as the director is enough.
how you proved that you have sufficient points which minister shuold i include and what is his email id

I made an excel table and calculated all my points. Got important sources like IELTS to CLB conversion from CIC website, provided extra reference letters from previous and current employers, submitted a copy of my own business registration certificate and so forth.
The minister I included on bcc was: Anne Mcroire anne.mcrorie@gov.sk.ca

A question to all SINP Nominees who already submitted their apps. package to CIO.

Did you also apply for temporary work permit? If yes, did you send it to CIO or Canadian embassy serving your country of residence? What documents did you include with it except for Nomination Approval for Initial Work Permit that we got from SINP? Did you apply for TWP only for yourself or for spouse also?

Thanks.

Looks like I am the only one to receive that Nomination for Initial Work Permit from SINP, and this could have been as a result of an error from them. Did anyone else receive it?

Today my status changed to IN Process from waiting on Applicant. Also My settlement funds got converted to CAD by them. Hoping for a good news soon. :D

How did you find out that nomination is for initial work permit? Did they mentioned that somewhere in your nomination letter?

I have received three emails from swoasis. The first one is: Nomination approval letter, the second nomination for initial work permit along with the guide: how to apply for temporary work permit and what if I have a job offer guide, and the third one is: submitting your application for permanent residence.

We did not receive work permit information. I assume the work permit is for inland applicants but experts in our forum can correct me if my assumption is wrong.
