Dear Spicey, Tracy Davies signed my nomination letter. I heard these days both managers (David Li & Tracy Davies) and in a very rare conditions their boss, Christa Ross are signing nomination letters. For 2014 only David Li signed those type of letters but this year they changed everything.

Its the time for all of us to pray for you. I hope you can get your nomination letter very soon my friend.

Dear Nominates Folks,

Their is one query in my mind, is there is any member in Forum who's status changes directly from Waiting on applicant to Nominated/Not Eligible.??

"Waiting on Applicant" means your file's immigration officer didn't assess your file yet. If you are sure the document you have sent them completely cover their request then you can send an email to their email address and inquire about your latest document update and their request. If they answer you, your file is in process and no more document is needed at the moment then you can wait until your file's immigration officer start to assess your file and then I think in a very near future your file's status will change from "Waiting on Applicant" to "In Process" and in a next few days they will finalize your file and send you the final result.

What is your NOC code? 2221 or 6221? You have mentioned 4221 in excel sheet but this NOC is not in-demand list. I think it may be 2221 or 6221.

I know there should be no sign but I also don't know what others talking about sign
In our letter they wrote they sent a nomination certificate ( wow ) to cic so that they knows we are nominated

Dates issue in IMM 5669.

Well SINP says that I need to overlap dates, just if anybody else was required to don't leave gap and declare all months in Work and Living

For example

From To
2015/01 - 2015/05 Current job
2014/09 - 2015/01 Past Job
2013/05 - 2014/09 Past Job

Instead of

From To
2015/01 - 2015/05 Current job
2014/09 - 2014/12 Past Job
2013/05 - 2014/08 Past Job

Forget what SINP said. Just focus on cic guideline strictly. Cic form should be correctly filled according to their guideline and yes you need to write all name in your language too in additional family information under the English name in same box. It's in CIC guideline, study them carefully mate.

About background declaration do not leave any gap and provide all time from last 10 years until the day you applied to CIC. Provide year and month and mention what was you doing during that time with full address of your addresses. Best of luck ...

My friend the way you already filled up the dates were perfectly fine and correct, what SINP asked is to overlap dates, which means you need to extend, add and cover period until the date of your cic application. Best of luck...

my status was suffering waiting on appicant since Feb.4,even though I had submitted docs on Feb.7 AND THEY HAD UPLOADED IT,BUT IT WAS STILL WAITING.on April23 my settlement funds get update with new amount which I had send on Feb.7
finaly I got nomination today April25.hope you galso et very soon.
my case officer name in the letter is Tracy Davies
